	Anil K Shivdasani, a PG in English literature and an MCSD in computer science from NIIT, Bangalore, is the MD and CEO of the Company. He is a steel veteran and has been closely related to ups and downs of steel industry since 1980s. He is committed to achieve excellence in quality of the Company's products. At present, he is Vice President of District Industries Association, Bilaspur and an Executive Member of Chhattisgarh Steel Rerollers Association, Raipur.
	Harish K Shivdasani, a science graduate and the COO of the Company, looks after marketing of the Company's products. He has been in steel trading since 1988. He has been involved in customer relations and takes regular customer feedback, which helps improve overall quality of Company's products.
